The Mastery of the Medicine of the São Pedro Cactus (Wachuma)This Grandfather Medicine has been harvested with reverence here in our Dutch Lands. An elder of the land, moving gently through our inner waters emotions, colours, unseen currents  tuning the strings through which we express ourselves and remember harmony
Mother Earth is calling. Listen deeply with your heart, and allow what has been hidden to step into the light  including your unique presence within this sacred gathering.From the bottom of Lusitania , in the lands of the South , in the Algarve this work started. A Journey with the medicine itself not only to reconnect with the ancestral paths and find the ways to work with this ancient medicine,that were lost and taken away also by the strength of the story of the foundations of the americas, but even to get the Mission of creating our own ceremony with our own traditions and honor for our land.

This Medicine chose Portuguese soil to be reborn again. From its origins in the mountains of the Alpes in Peru it came across the Atlantic Ocean and its present all over Europe even in our own neighbors gardens, since hundreds of years…

It rooted itself where wind and water meet, growing in its own rhythm, drinking deeply, breathing slowly. It loves water. It knows where it hides even in dryness, even in silence. Rising toward the sky, it opens through water and the feminine current, learning how to receive in order to expand.

Its gift is gentle strength. Working strongly through the masculine polarity, it carries clarity, direction, movement, and form offering support for both inner and outer work.

We will enter devotion through movement: work as prayer, motion as offering. Vital energy will be guided through the body, not to escape, but to arrive.

We begin in the afternoon, held by the warmth of Father Sun, and we journey through the night accompanied by the Moon and the Stars, guardians of the unseen until dawn.
